Aaron’s “people first, people always” credo is the driving influence behind MWS's management consulting, employee solutions and human capital services. In his 23 years of service in the Army and 3 years as Transcend Engagement's President & Lead Consultant, he elevated workplace successes and employee productivity processes for thousands of people. He has an MBA from Texas A&M I.U. and is currently an Organizational Development and Strategic Leadership Ph.D. candidate.
